186 - Employer Nominated
186 is a permanent residence visa. Visa applicant needs to be nominated by an eligible Autralian business in a skilled position. Applicants can apply through either: 1)Direct Entry Stream, or 2) Trasional Stream (availalbe for 457 visa holders only).
187 - Regional Employer Nominated
187 is a permanent residence visa. Visa applicant needs to be nominated by an Autralian business located outside of Sydney, Melbounre, Brisbane, Wollongong, New Castle, and Gold Coast. Applicants can apply through either: 1)Direct Entry Stream, or 2) Trasional Stream (457 visa holders only).
457 visa a 4-year temporary work visa. Applicant must be sponsored by an eligible business which has obtained Standard Business Sponsor status. Applicant must be nominated in a skilled position and must be only working for the nominating employer.
