BUSINESS VISAS

There are a variety of visas that business people can obtain. Temporary visa categories include 188 Buiness Innovation, Investment and Significant Investor visas. Permanent residence visa categories inlcude 132 Business Talent visa and 888 Business Innovation and Investment visas.

 

SKILLED VISAS

There are wide range of visas available for skilled professionals. Most of the visas in this category are points tested, with current passmark of 60 points.

 

Skilled professionals can apply for the visa either independently or through state/territory government nomination, or through eligible relative sponsorship.

WORK VISAS

Overseas professionals can apply for work visas under the sponsorship of an eligible Australian employer. Most commonly used work visa is subclass 457 visa which allows the visa holder to work in Australia for up to four years. Eligible professionals can also apply for permenent residence visa thorugh Employer Nomination Scheme.
